My Real Estate Story

Real estate is in my DNA. Before I was born, my mother was already deeply rooted in residential and commercial real estate—renovations, fix‑and‑flips, and new construction.

At a young age, I worked on construction sites cleaning, painting, assisting with selections, carrying materials, and learning the business hands‑on. As I grew older, I handled deliveries, precise measurements, interior and exterior selections, cabinet installation, sod installation, and site preparation.

Eventually, I moved into advanced deal work—contacting agents, gathering surveys, verifying utilities, checking zoning, finding house plans, and identifying hidden potential in properties.

At 15 years old, I launched my own company and purchased my first home one week before graduating high school.
